Jobs Exporter for LinkedIn & Glassdoor ("the extension") exports job listings from the page you have open
to CSV, JSON or XLSX. This policy explains what data the extension handles and why.
Data that stays in your browser
- Scraped jobs: job titles, companies, locations, details, skills, company information and, if you turn it on,
hiring-team contacts (name, title, profile link, photo). They are stored only in your browser's extension storage
and are never sent to our servers. You can delete them any time with "Clear" or by removing the extension.
- Your settings: the options you pick in the popup.
- AI clean-up: if you turn it on, job descriptions are processed by Chrome's built-in on-device AI. Nothing
is sent to us or to any AI service.
To collect jobs, the extension reads the LinkedIn or Glassdoor page you have open and, for job details, makes
requests to those sites from your own browser using your existing session there.
Data we receive
- Google sign-in: your email address and Google account ID. We use them only to link your free trial
and your Premium plan to your account, so they work after a reinstall or on another browser.
- Install ID: a random ID created by the extension, used to link this browser to your plan.
- Usage counts: how many jobs you scraped this month and whether your free trial was used, to apply plan limits.
We do not receive the jobs themselves.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details under its own
privacy policy; we receive only your email, customer ID and subscription status.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties, other than the service providers above
(Google for sign-in, Paddle for payments, Cloudflare for hosting our server, Resend for login emails).
- We don't use your data for advertising or for anything unrelated to the extension's single purpose.
- We don't use or transfer your data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
Your responsibility for exported data
Hiring-team contacts are personal data. If you collect them, you are responsible for using them lawfully,
for example under the GDPR for contacts in the EU.
Deleting your data
Remove the extension to delete everything stored in your browser. To delete your account data from our server
(email, Google account ID, usage counts), email us at the address below.
